CCA works with members to understand their unique mental health needs, helping each individual connect to the programs and services they need, whether that’s counseling, grief support, substance use treatment, food and housing support, and more.
“Community programs can be hard to navigate and many of our members don’t know the rules or where to start. Melissa was eligible for support but overwhelmed by the process. My role was to help bridge that gap.” Learn how Rebekka helps members get access to the support they need.
CCA helps members live independently in their communities by connecting them to programs they may be eligible for, including those that can help with rent, utility bills, or food.
